What is Remote Control Software?

Where do I get BTSGO Remote Control Software?

Downloads are available here.  Click on the link below to begin using BTSGO Remote Control Software.

How do I install it?

You don't have to install the software into your computer.  All you have to do is select run when you click on the link above to download the program.  Follow these simple steps to run this software.

Step 1:
Click the link above to see this prompt:

Please select "RUN"

Step 2:
Next you will see this:

Please select "RUN" to begin using the software.

Step 3:
You are now given a choice of choosing your Technical Support Specialist.  Please double click on that agent's name to allow them to log into your computer.

Step 4:
BTSGO Remote Connection will begin to connect to a Technical Support Specialist.  Please be patient as this may take up to 5 minutes to connect.

Step 5:
After a Technical Supports Specialist successfully connect to your computer, the BTS icon on the bottom right will turn green.

Step 6:
You can always close BTSGO Remote Control software by right clicking on the green icon and select close.  This will disconnect your Technical Support Specials so that they will no longer have access to your screen, keyboard, or mouse.
